Which use case creates enough value for a buyer to invest time, budget or a trial?
Test First
Find out whether the right Japanese customers will evaluate, buy and use your product. Kynergy prepares and runs a focused commercial test, then turns the results into a decision about the next investment.

Visits and opinions are useful signals, but are not the same as demand. We distinguish inquiries, qualified evaluations, paid orders and repeat behavior.
Which use case creates enough value for a buyer to invest time, budget or a trial?
Which explanation, proof, price and package make the product easier to evaluate?
Can the selected channel reach suitable buyers with workable margins and support?
A defined commercial test, not an open-ended launch commitment.
Review specifications, claims, category questions, available samples and delivery limitations. Escalate unresolved legal, tax, customs or regulatory questions to qualified specialists before relevant activity.
Choose a narrow customer group, a specific use case and the question to test. Agree channels, test boundaries, responsibilities and a review point.
Develop the message, product page, sales materials, FAQ and sample or demonstration proposal. Explain both the product's value and its limitations.
Confirm pricing, quotation, payment, importer responsibilities where relevant, sample handling, domestic delivery and the contact route for customer questions.
Run agreed buyer outreach, ecommerce, wholesale or retail discussions, or distributor/specialist evaluations. Support the client's own direct sales where that is the chosen model.
Record response quality, meetings, sample progression, orders, objections, costs and delivery or support friction. Separate channel performance from weaknesses in the offer.
Adjust the message, price, package information, customer focus or follow-up based on evidence. Document what changed so the next test can be compared fairly.
Compare findings with the agreed criteria. Recommend the next step, including reasons to pause or stop; the client decides whether and how much to invest.
Named accounts, buyer-role mapping, meetings, samples, demonstrations and pilot discussions.
A focused product page and purchase or inquiry path, with traffic quality, conversion questions and support tracked separately.
Buyer review, trade conditions, merchandising requirements, reorder potential and replenishment assumptions.
Partner feedback on customers, technical fit, economics and the work needed to develop demand.
Your team retains the sales relationship while Kynergy supports Japan-facing materials, communication and follow-up.
A structured evaluation with a named owner, use case, feedback method and next commercial decision.
Kynergy executes the agreed test and explains the evidence. You retain final control over price approvals, commitments, budget and expansion.
A test brief: customer hypothesis, offer, channels, readiness gaps, budget assumptions, roles and decision criteria.
Buyer activity and feedback records, questions and objections, material changes, costs and next actions.
A comparison of evidence against the brief, unresolved risks and a Scale / Modify / Hold / Stop recommendation.
The client chooses the next step with Kynergy's recommendation.
Evidence and delivery capacity support a larger commitment.

Pause until a named readiness or resource gap is resolved. Set a review condition before restarting.
Close the test or route, document the learning and avoid further commitment.
Not necessarily. A suitable test may use direct B2B outreach, ecommerce or selected partner evaluations. The selling, importing, delivery and support responsibilities must be agreed for the product before the relevant activity begins.
Samples can reveal fit and objections, but free evaluations are not proof of paid demand. The review distinguishes interest, evaluation, purchase and repeat behavior rather than treating every positive comment as a sale.
The scope depends on readiness, localization, chosen channels, samples, buyer evaluation cycles and the activity needed to answer the question. Timing, budget and review criteria are proposed after the initial review, not as a universal package.
No. A limited test reduces some uncertainty but cannot guarantee sales, distributor appointment or approval. Scaling requires a separate decision on commercial evidence, economics, capacity and responsibilities.
