Make value understandable
Translate product value into Japanese customer problems, use cases, and decision criteria.
About Kynergy
Kynergy International Inc. is a Japan market entry partner that combines online marketing with direct B2B sales. We help overseas brands identify the customers, use cases, message, and sales channels with the strongest practical potential, then build the materials and activity needed to test and develop that route.
We also support Japanese companies entering the U.S. market, creating a two-way relationship in which products, market information, customer response, and business practices can move across borders.

Kynergy International Inc. is a Japanese company involved in product imports, exports, and sales. We support overseas companies expanding into Japan and Japanese companies expanding into the United States.
We combine websites, ecommerce and direct sales. Experience in our own product transactions informs our work on pricing, channels, commercial terms, logistics, order handling, customer support and ongoing operations.
The name Kynergy combines Kinetic, representing motion, energy, and the drive to move products and businesses forward, with Synergy. It expresses our belief that stronger commercial opportunities emerge when international brands, Japanese buyers, business partners, corporate users, marketing, and sales execution work together.
A product usually needs different positioning, proof, pricing context, materials, and sales channels in each country. Kynergy was created to organize those differences and turn them into practical market activity.
Many useful overseas products and technologies remain difficult for Japanese buyers to evaluate. The gap is often not product quality alone. Buyers may need clearer use cases, specifications, terms, delivery expectations, local materials, and confidence in post-sale communication.
Kynergy was established to bridge those information and business-practice gaps while building an honest route from market understanding to sales activity. In Japan, especially in B2B, relationships, referrals, preparation, internal review, and repeated follow-up can strongly influence whether a product is adopted.
Translate product value into Japanese customer problems, use cases, and decision criteria.
Organize evidence, terms, responsibilities, and questions so each party can decide responsibly.
Use web, ecommerce, content, PR, outreach, meetings, exhibitions, and follow-up together.
Learn from buyer feedback and improve the offer, customer focus, and channels over time.
Kynergy aims to build cross-border sales routes in which the overseas brand, Japanese customer, business partner, and corporate user understand the product and their responsibilities. Our goal is not one-way promotion or short-lived attention, but a market presence supported by useful information, trust, sales activity, and continuous improvement.
We do not promise that every product will sell. We identify the market, customer, use case, message, and channel with the strongest practical potential, test that hypothesis, and use evidence to decide how the project should develop.
Websites, product pages, ecommerce, social media, advertising, PR, articles, and inquiry paths help buyers discover and understand the product.
Corporate sales, B2B wholesale, retailer development, trade shows, introductions, direct proposals, samples, and follow-up develop commercial opportunities.
Kynergy supports overseas brands entering Japan and Japanese companies developing the U.S. market with local partners. Trade becomes stronger when both sides exchange market information, customer feedback, business practices, technology, and sales methods, not only products.
We work to build relationships in which companies can learn from each market and create value together. Japanese-language information about U.S. market entry is available on the dedicated page.

A Message from Our Founder
Founder & CEOKanta Kusabiraki
Founder & CEO Profile
Founder & CEO, Kynergy International Inc.
Kanta Kusabiraki spent approximately 15 years at a major Japanese trading company, working in the import, export, and third-country trade of apparel and lifestyle products. From his late twenties, he held management responsibilities and led frontline teams involved in developing production networks across Asia, conducting B2B sales with major Japanese and U.S. companies, building overseas-product brands, and introducing international IP and licensed properties to the Japanese market.
He later served as Marketing Director at a U.S. company, supporting the Japan market development of U.S. companies in construction-related products, food, lifestyle goods, and B2B materials, as well as the U.S. market entry of Japanese companies. His work connected digital marketing, corporate sales, trade shows, ecommerce, inquiry-path development, and distributor development as one commercial process from awareness to buyer conversations and sales.
He has more than 15 years of experience in international trade, B2B sales, and cross-border market development, including more than seven years in marketing. His category experience spans apparel, pet products, construction-related products, food and beverages, intellectual property, regional development, lifestyle goods, crafts, furniture, and natural and organic food.
In a previous role, he led the Japan-market development of an overseas product that had not previously been available in Japan. Starting without an established domestic market, he identified target customers and use cases, localized the product and its messaging, expanded awareness online, and developed sales channels. Annual sales for the product reached approximately JPY 100 million by its third year.
He also contributed to approximately JPY 2 billion in sales through new B2B business development and product sales. This work involved navigating Japanese purchasing practices, internal approval processes, documentation, pricing, and relationship-based sales, while building awareness online and turning interest into buyer inquiries, commercial discussions, and sales.
Together, these experiences demonstrate his ability to create demand for unfamiliar products, understand how Japanese companies evaluate and adopt new offerings, and connect digital marketing with direct B2B sales to expand a business in Japan.
He founded Kynergy International Inc. in April 2026 to focus more deeply on bringing overseas products to the Japanese market and to apply his experience in trade, marketing, B2B sales, and channel development. Today, he leads market-development work for overseas brands entering Japan and Japanese companies entering the U.S. market through a combination of digital execution and direct sales.
From the first market hypothesis to local operating routines, Kynergy connects the work needed to make a product understandable, commercially viable and supported in Japan. Final strategic and investment decisions remain with the client.
